  • Spend a full day outdoors. Fresh air + Vitamin D = instant mood booster. 
  • Plan 1 date night—even if it’s just with yourself. Treat yourself to some “you” time. 
  • Plan a night out with friends. A little fun with your crew is always a good idea.
